While most items are usually in supply, due to demand, there may be times when an item may be out of stock. If this should ever happen, we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again. 

Defective Merchandise 

Satisfaction is extremely important to Golden PUP™ Company. The items you purchase and receive are of the highest quality, and in excellent condition. We guarantee all products against damage during shipment. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. 
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. To receive your product refund the return item will need to be in original unused condition. We do not accept returns on used or customer tampered merchandise. We would be happy to replace any damaged or defective items free of charge.

 

 

Official Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will do our best to contact you back within 24 hours of the submission. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
